Parent / Guardian Terms and Conditions

By registering your child with Cryo Sports UK, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration

All children participating in Cryo Sports UK activities, coaching sessions, camps, training programmes or club events must be fully registered before attending.

Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information including:

  • Child’s full name and date of birth
  • Emergency contact details
  • Relevant medical information
  • Allergies or additional support requirements

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure information remains accurate and updated.


2. Fees and Payments

Fees for sessions, memberships, camps or programmes must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule provided upon registration.

Payments may be accepted:

  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Termly
  • Via direct debit or online payment

Failure to make payments may result in suspension from sessions until the account is brought up to date.

Cryo Sports UK reserves the right to amend pricing with reasonable notice.


3. Attendance

Participants should arrive on time and be prepared for sessions.

Parents should notify the club as early as possible if a child cannot attend.

Missed sessions are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise by management.

Repeated failure to attend booked sessions may affect future bookings.


4. Medical Information

Parents must disclose any relevant medical conditions including:

  • Asthma
  • Allergies
  • Injuries
  • Medication requirements
  • Physical conditions affecting participation

Cryo Sports UK reserves the right to restrict participation where health and safety cannot be reasonably managed.

In emergencies, staff may seek medical treatment where immediate contact with parents is not possible.


5. Behaviour Standards

All participants must behave respectfully toward:

  • Coaches
  • Staff members
  • Volunteers
  • Other participants
  • Facilities and equipment

The following will not be tolerated:

  • Bullying
  • Aggressive behaviour
  • Discrimination
  • Dangerous conduct
  • Disruptive behaviour

Cryo Sports UK reserves the right to suspend or remove participants for repeated or serious misconduct.


6. Safety and Participation

Cryo Sports UK will take all reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment.

Parents acknowledge that sporting activities involve physical risk including accidental injury.

Participants must:

  • Wear appropriate sports clothing
  • Wear suitable footwear
  • Follow coach instructions at all times

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from activities.


7. Photography and Video Consent

Cryo Sports UK may occasionally take photographs or video recordings for:

  • Training analysis
  • Club promotion
  • Website content
  • Social media content
  • Marketing materials

Separate parental consent will be requested where necessary.

Consent may be withdrawn in writing.


8. Injury and Liability

Participation in sports activities carries an inherent risk of injury.

Cryo Sports UK accepts responsibility only where injury results directly from negligence.

Parents acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that normal sporting risks exist.

Parents remain responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions.


9. Session Cancellation

Cryo Sports UK may cancel sessions due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Facility closures
  • Staff illness
  • Health and safety concerns
  • Unexpected operational issues

Where possible, advance notice will be given.

Refunds or session credits will be considered where appropriate.


10. Collection of Children

Children must be collected promptly at the scheduled finish time.

Children will only be released to authorised adults listed on registration forms.

Parents must notify the club if collection arrangements change.

Repeated late collection may result in additional charges.


11. Safeguarding

Cryo Sports UK is committed to protecting the welfare of all children.

All staff and coaches working with children will follow safeguarding procedures and child protection protocols.

Any safeguarding concerns will be handled according to club safeguarding procedures.


12. Termination of Membership

Cryo Sports UK reserves the right to terminate participation where:

  • Fees remain unpaid
  • Behaviour standards are repeatedly breached
  • Safety concerns arise
  • False information is provided during registration


13. Agreement

By registering your child with Cryo Sports UK, you confirm:

  • All information provided is accurate
  • You accept these terms and conditions
  • You understand the risks involved with sports participation
